Udon noodles! you are boring no more!

I love edamame beans and I love udon noodles the ye thick and chewy and really healthy but they can be very boring in broth though!
Today I will show how I make it so omnomnom! 😙
Things you will need to make this awesome dish!
1 pack udon noodles
20 pods of Edamame beans
4 Sausages
Spring onions
1 whole garlic crushed and chopped
Mushroom soya sauce
Dark mushroom soya sauce
Chilli sauce
Cooking oil
1 tbsp chilli paste
1 small onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg







Step 1
All you need to do is heat oil in a non stick pan and throw in some garlic, fry until golden brow.
Step 2
Throw in sausages, spring onion and and all the sauces and stir fry untill the sauce coats everything.
Step 3
Beat In an egg and fold everything on top of it. Do not scramble! Allow big chunks to form.😊
Step 4
Add edamame beans and and udon noodles. I like to cut the noodles into cubes they loosen up real easily!😁
Step 5
Turn the stove off and Add thinly sliced onions and store fry for 1 minute. Do not cover the pan or the onion will loose its crunchiness.
That’s it done! 😍
