Things you will need. (For 2 person)
1/2 kg mince
2 tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 large onion
10 basil leaves
2 cup water
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet spaghetti
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Butter
Parmesan CheeSe for garnish and flavour. Salt to taste
In a nonstick pot fry crushed garlic to golden brown in 1/4 cup oil until golden brown, add in the chopped onion fry until soft and slightly turning brown that’s when you add in the mince and stir until you no longer see any redness.
Add in the chopped tomatoes, celery, paprika powder, 5 basil leaves, white pepper, Tabasco and salt. Also pour in water and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the water reduce to half .
In boiling water add olive oil and salt. Boil spaghetti for 13-15 minutes and make sure water is boiling before throwing in the spaghetti.
Drain the water and butter up the spaghetti serve with the mince sauce on top and garnish with a leave of basil and Parmesan cheese.
