I love spinach and the best way to have it is the Korean style spinach kimchi.
Fahad hates spinach and I would quit at nothing to make him have his Popeye food! After 8 long struggling years :p I finally found the spinach recipe that got him eating it! No he still doesn’t like it but at least he is eating it now. And for that I will consider This recipe is a super hit, I suggest you try it too! 🙂
Things you will need :
1/2 kg spinach leaves
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp soy bean paste
1 tbsp salt ( to be added while boiling spinach)
Water for boiling
Step 1 :
Cut off the stems and separate the leaves. Boil them then drain the water out and run it through cold water until it’s complete cold.
Squeeze all the water out and in a mixing bowl add sesame seeds, bean paste, garlic and ginger powder, mix it we’ll and add sesame oil.
Serve with anything you like …here’s how I like it, on top of kimchi noodles. 🙂
