It is so easy to make lemon curd. All you need is some sugar! whichever… brown, white, Muscovado whatever! Some eggs and yolks, LEMON but in this recipe LIME!!! The zest and the juice… everything! 🙂 Whats the last one? AH! BUTTER!!!
And then there are times when you actually think about loosing weight, so the first thing you do is separate the yolks from the whites to make yourself a full-filling white egg omelette but what you haven’t battled yet is the courage to chuck down those glorious luscious golden egg yolks!!! And thats when a recipe like this comes in handy! 😀
So lets do this… crack three whole eggs… in a sauce pan. Now another three eggs in a separate bowl, extract the yolks and put them into the sauce pan. You should be having 3 whole eggs and 3 yolks in the sauce pan.
